Rental items, rental period, prices:

1. Rental Items

The rental price includes the event room (approx. 100 sqm), incl. stage, bar and buffet area, cloakroom, tables, chairs, toilets, kitchen, adjoining room, outdoor area (approx. 80 sqm), outdoor grill, energy and additional costs, as well as the

gastronomic equipment:

  • 1 fully automatic coffee machine

  • 2 coffee machines

  • 1 stove with ceramic hob and oven

  • 2 extra hotplates

  • 1 small oven

  • 1 microwave

  • 1 freezer

  • 2 refrigerators

  • 1 dishwasher

  • Catering containers (2 x large, 2 x small, 1 x round)

  • 6 thermos flasks

  • Crockery (6 pieces for 50 people)

  • Cutlery (5 pieces for 80 people)

  • 10 serving tongs

  • 6 cake sliders

  • 4 serving plates

  • 6 cake plates

  • Glasses (for 50 people): sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, wine jug,

       Pils, wheat, schnapps, soft drink, water

2. Rental Period and Prices

a) Celebrations for private or business reasons:

The rental period is 1 full day and 2 half days.

Price for this rental period: €200.00

Final cleaning: €50.00

Deposit: €200.00

 

Variants:

  • Construction - Friday (half day)

  • Celebration - Saturday (All Day)

  • Dismantling - Sunday (half day)

  • Construction - Thursday (half day)

  • Celebration - Friday (All Day)

  • Dismantling - Saturday (half day)

  • Celebrations on weekdays possible by arrangement.

b) Lecture, seminar, workshop etc.:

  • Hourly rate: €20.00

  • Whole day: €100.00

  • Monthly rent per hour per week: €40.00

3) Technical equipment

The technical equipment is charged separately.

  • Sound system (CD player, amplifier, speakers): €20.00

  • Beamer, screen: 20:00 €

  • 1 microphone with tripod and mixer: €30.00

  • Piano: €30.00

  • Electric piano: €20.00

  • Drum kit: €30.00
