Magical musical reading at the C. Bechstein Center Nuremberg

The piano maker and director of the C. Bechstein Center Nuremberg, Alexander Kerstan, invited people to the first public cultural event in the house on Lorenzer Platz.

In his welcoming remarks, Alexander Kerstan emphasized that he was proud to have been able to win over three such high-quality artists for this musical reading.

The enchanting actress, speaker, singer and presenter Katrin Lion, the filmmaker and long-time director of the TV series “Sturm der Liebe”, Stefan Jonas and the accompanist, vocal coach and award-winning pianist Nathan Harris, created a spring evening par excellence.

Folke Tegetthoff's love and travel tales transported the audience to a Mediterranean world where peace and love reign among all living beings. The performers' skill in conveying this vividly to the audience was demonstrated.

They told stories of ancient olive trees, fluttering butterflies, and little magical birds. They brought their stories to the audience with such passion and excitement that everyone could immerse themselves in the magical, colorful world of elves and little goblins... completely captivating their listeners.

The ingenious combination of reading and music created a light May evening to sit back and dream of a peaceful and healthy world that we all long for, especially now.

This musical reading celebrated its successful premiere in a series of cultural events, such as readings and concerts, at the C. Bechstein Center Nuremberg. More will follow, which will be announced in due course.

The novel "The Little Prince" is one of the most beautiful, modern and timeless fairy tales for adults.

Katrin Lion playfully takes the listener into a world in which only the essential counts - what is "invisible to the eye": love, friendship, humanity and the courage to face the world with others eyes to see.

The actress Katrin Lion acts with a lot of warmth and wit. She gives each character their own voice. Due to the audio book character, the listener can immediately get into the  wonderful world created by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

Atmospheric video, image and light effects and atmospheric music insertions conjure up a special oneunderlining of the story.
